Returns accepted for 30 days

We hope you love your items, but if you’re not completely happy, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order (starting the day after delivery).

Once your return is approved, you’ll be provided with instructions on how to send your order back to us.

Free return shipping

We offer free return shipping on eligible returns made within the 30-day window.
To arrange a free return, please fill out our online returns form. 

No restocking fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

No final sale items

We do not sell final sale items, meaning all products are eligible for return within the 30-day period (subject to the conditions below).

Condition of returned items

All items must be returned:

• unused

• in their original, undamaged packaging

• in resellable condition

Any items returned in a condition that is not resellable may be returned to you.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email photographic evidence to:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. You’ll receive confirmation by email once your refund has been issued.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

Important: Returns for retailer purchases (including Amazon)

We only accept returns for items purchased directly from EXG Pro. If you purchased through a retailer (including third-party retailers), your return must be arranged directly with that retailer.

Amazon Orders

If you purchased from us via Amazon, your return must be processed through Amazon’s returns system.

This is because Amazon manages the order record, payment processing, and return labels, and they require all returns and refunds to be handled through their platform.
