We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at info@exgpro.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Please note that personalised or sealed collectible items (such as Peekos that have been opened) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Cable Guys are suitable for ages 12 and over. Peekos are rated 14+ and are intended as collectibles rather than toys — they contain small parts and are not suitable for young children. We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@exgpro.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage or the items you received. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please do not discard the packaging, as we may need photos of it to raise an investigation with the courier.
